County Elections Official definition
County Elections Official means the official responsible for voter registration in any county.
County Elections Official means a county clerk or registrar of voters who is responsible for collecting, maintaining and processing voter registration data within a jurisdiction in the State of Nevada.
County Elections Official means a county clerk, registrar of voters, elections supervisor having jurisdiction over elections within the county, or any person who is charged with the duty of conducting an election.
