For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Released Parties” shall mean the McLennan County Fair, Inc, Heart O’ Texas Fair & Rodeo and the Extraco Events Center of Waco, Texas, McLennan County, Texas and their respective present and former officers, directors, members, council members, commissioners, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, staff, volunteers, agents and any other person, firm, corporation or entity bound to defend or pay judgments against them.

The employee may appeal a decision of the Fair Manager to dismiss, suspend or involuntarily demote the employee by filing a petition for hearing with the Board of Directors of the Sonoma County Fair within ten (10) business days of receipt of the order.
Payment shall be made by cash, company check or money order and pre-approved purchase orders for school districts only, payable to the Riverside County Fair.
