County Fleet definition

County Fleet means the twelve (12) licensed ambulances which are owned by Summit County as of the Effective Date.
County Fleet means vehicles owned, leased, or operated by or for the County at any time during the term ofthis Agreement (whether owned, leased, or operated by the County as of the Effective Date or at any time thereafter) that are fueled by CNG.
