County sanitary engineer definition

County sanitary engineer means either of the following:
County sanitary engineer means the County Sanitary Engineer appointed by the Board of Stark County Commissioners, or his authorized deputy, agent or representative.

  • County Engineer means the holder of the statutory office of County Engineer for Harris County or the employee designated by the County Engineer to perform a task required by these Regulations.

  • Professional Engineer or Professional Certificated Engineer means a person holding registration as either a Professional Engineer or Professional Certificated Engineer in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000 (Act No. 46 of 2000);

  • Structural Engineer means the Engineer appointed or to be appointed from time to time by Promoter for the preparation of the structural design and drawings of the buildings .

  • Architect/Engineer (A/E means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1001, and/or a firm employed by Owner or Design-Build Contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.

  • Sewerage system means pipelines or conduits, pumping stations, and force mains, and all other

  • Municipal Engineer means the Engineer for the Corporation of the Township of Laurentian Valley or any person acting in that capacity or the Public Works Manager of the “Township”.

  • City Engineer s Representative” shall mean an assistant of the City Engineer i.e. rank of Executive Engineer who will be called as Engineer-in-charge of work notified in writing to the Contractor by the City Engineer.

  • Sanitary Sewer System means all facilities, includ- ing approved LOSS, used in the collection, transmission, storage, treatment, or discharge of any waterborne waste, whether domestic in origin or a combination of domestic, commercial, or industrial wastewater. LOSS are only consid- ered sanitary sewer systems if they are designed to serve urban densities. Sanitary sewer system is also commonly known as public sewer system.

  • Building Contractor means the building contractor or developer appointed or to be appointed by the Grant Recipient in respect of a Firm Scheme; Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a statutory Bank Holiday in England;

  • Civil engineer means a professional engineer registered in the state of California to practice in the field of civil engineering.

  • County Manager means the County Manager appointed by the County Council pursuant to the Luzerne County Charter;

  • Site Engineer means an Engineer appointed by the SBIIMS at site as their representative for day-to-day supervision of work and to give instructions to the contractors.
