County Waste definition

County Waste means all Acceptable Wastes generated by or on behalf of the County, including the agencies, departments and other entities staffed primarily by County employees, public schools located in the County, and institutions administered and funded by the County, including jails, parks and playgrounds, and placed for curbside collection. County Waste shall also include all Acceptable Wastes collected and picked up at each County Collection Site.
County Waste shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6 hereof.
County Waste means the Riverside County Waste Resources Management District.

  • Waste Collection Authority share = (Cost x 54.24%) x (NR ÷ TRC) Where: NR – number of Residential Properties in the relevant Waste Collection Authority Area; and TRC – total number of Residential Properties in the County Waste Disposal Authority share = Cost x 45.76%.

  • Upon termination, the Contract Hauler shall be subject to the County Waste Designation Ordinance and shall continue to be subject to all other Solid Waste and Service Charge Ordinances and will no longer receive the Contract Tip Fee.

  • The Landfill may be open for deliveries of County Waste a maximum of thirteen (13) hours per day, Monday through Friday, and a maximum of ten (10) hours per day on Saturday, but shall not open earlier than 6:00 a.m., nor close later than 10:00 p.m.; provided, however, with respect to Waste other than County Wastes, the Company shall determine the hours of operation at its sole discretion.

  • County Waste shall implement the MSHCP and this Agreement through execution of this Agreement.


More Definitions of County Waste

County Waste means Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Bulky Items generated at a County Service Unit.
County Waste means all Waste generated within White County and outside the corporate limits of any city, town, municipality, district, or other local government’s jurisdictional limits within the County. County Waste includes Waste generated by all residences, County offices and locations. For purposes of clarity, any Waste generated within the County and within the corporate limits of any local government’s jurisdiction (e.g., City of Sparta, etc.) is not considered County Waste. County Waste shall also include Waste generated by the County at its governmental offices, departments, boards, schools, agencies or Waste placed in the Convenience Center.
County Waste means municipal solid waste which was first collected for disposal, or was generated inside, the geographic boundaries of Riverside County as set forth in Government Code Section 23133 and including both incorporated and unincorporated territory within those boundaries.
