CRD Directive means Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 on access to the activity of credit institutions and the prudential supervision of credit institutions and investment firms, amending Directive 2002/87/EC and repealing Directives 2006/48/EC and 2006/49/EC (as amended from time to time, including by Directive (EU) 2019/878 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2019);
Change Directive means a written order signed by the procurement officer that
adjudicating officer means the adjudicating officer appointed under sub-section (1) of section 71;
Medical direction means direction, advice, or orders provided by a medical director, supervising physician, or physician designee (in accordance with written parameters and protocols) to emergency medical care personnel.
Financial Support Direction means a financial support direction issued by the Pensions Regulator under section 43 of the Pensions Xxx 0000.
Usage directions means the text or graphics on the product's principal display panel, label, or accompanying literature which describes to the end user how and in what quantity the product is to be used.
UCITS Directive means Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities, as amended;
Participant Direction Procedures means such instructions, guidelines or policies, the terms of which are incorporated herein, as shall be established pursuant to Section 4.10 and observed by the Administrator and applied and provided to Participants who have Participant Directed Accounts.
Advance directive means a document that contains a health care instruction or a power of attorney for health care.
Enforcement Director means the Assistant Director of the Office of Enforcement for the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection, or his or her delegate.
Dispute Board (DB) means the person or persons named as such in the SCC appointed by agreement between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor to make a decision with respect to any dispute or difference between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor referred to him or her by the Parties pursuant to GCC Sub-Clause 46.1 (Dispute Board) hereof.
Non-Management Director means any Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who is not a Management Director.
Land use decision means an administrative decision of a land use authority or appeal authority regarding:
Technical Direction means developing work statements, determining parameters, directing other Contractors' operations, or resolving technical controversies.
key decision * means an executive decision which is likely to:
the Directive means Council Directive 2003/4/EC(d) on public access to environmental information and repealing Council Directive 90/313/EEC;
Supervisor means Advisors Asset Management Inc., and its successors in interest, or any successor evaluator appointed as hereinafter provided."
Supervisory Committee means the Comisión Fiscalizadora of the Company.
Deputy Chair means the Non-Executive Director appointed by the Council of Governors to take on the Chair’s duties if the Chair is absent for any reason
Management Director means a Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who shall have the powers and duties to manage the business and affairs of the Company and exercise its powers to the extent set forth in this Agreement, the Certificate and the Act. Each Management Director shall be a “manager” of the Company within the meaning of the Act.
Decision-maker means a person who makes a determination regarding responsibility after the investigation has concluded. The Decision-maker cannot be the same person as the Title IX Coordinator, the Investigator, or the Appellate Decision-maker.
Medication administration means the direct application of medications by injection, inhalation, ingestion, or any other means to an individual receiving services by (i) persons legally permitted to administer medications or (ii) the individual at the direction and in the presence of persons legally permitted to administer medications.
Supervisory Board means the individual or group of individuals that
Enforcement Committee A committee consisting of representatives of the Settling States and of the Participating Subdivisions. Exhibit B contains the organizational bylaws of the Enforcement Committee. Notice pursuant to Section XIV.Q shall be provided when there are changes in membership or contact information.
Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;
Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.
