Court Receiver definition

Court Receiver means a person appointed by the High Court to perform the functions of a Receiver under the Code of Civil Procedure.
Court Receiver means Consultant’s employee who is designated by Consultant to be appointed a heat Receiver by the Court;

Examples of Court Receiver in a sentence
