Courtesy Warning means a verbal warning issued by the judge when an incident is marginal, questionable as to its acceptability, or otherwise might escalate to a point of not being acceptable.

Warning Any person who intentionally or knowingly makes a false claim or statement to HUD may be subject to civil or criminal penalties under 18 U.S.C. 287, 1001 and 31 U.S.C. 3729.
