Covered Card definition

Covered Card means a SCB eligible credit card, including primary, supplementary and replacement cards, issued in Singapore, the card being valid and the account balance having been paid in accordance with the Cardholder agreement at the time of any incident giving rise to a claim.
Covered Card means all Credit Cards held by the Participant (s) but not by those under 18 years of age. Covered Event means an event stated in the purchased plan’s Table of Benefits in Section 2. Covered Journey means a journey commencing at the time when the Participant leaves his home address in his Country of Residence to travel outside the territorial limits of the Country of Residence in a direct, uninterrupted manner, including the return journey to his home address in his Country of Residence. The Covered Journey should start and end in the Participant’s Country of Residence and within the time frame of the period of protection.
Covered Card means Al Masraf Covered Card issued to a Cardholder;

  • ADIB reserves the right to refuse payment of the Cash back where it has reason to believe that the Cardholder has breached or tried to breach these terms and conditions or the terms of use of Cardholder’s account / Covered Card or attempted to circumvent operational procedures.

  • Dear Covered Card applicant, In consideration of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank PJSC (ADIB or Bank) agreeing to provide you with covered card services and benefits, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions as amended from time to time (the “Terms and Conditions”).

  • For ADIB Booking.com Signature Covered Card, 1 Reward point will be given for every 1 AED equivalent spends in local currency (UAE Dirhams).

  • ADIB reserves the right to refuse free Booking.com Genius Membership or cancel Booking.com Genius Membership where it has reason to believe that the Cardholder has breached or tried to breach ADIB Covered Card terms and conditions or the terms of use of Cardholder’s Account / Covered Card or attempted to circumvent operational procedures or the Cardholder has any payment overdue or ADIB Booking.com Signature Card or ADIB Booking.com Infinite Card has been closed /cancelled.

  • For ADIB Booking.com Infinite Covered Card, 3 Reward points will be given for every 1 AED equivalent spends in local currency (UAE Dirhams) and in foreign currency (Non UAE Dirhams).

  • ADIB Rotana Rewards Visa Signature Covered Card is: - One(1) Rotana Rewards Point for every 1 AED Qualifying Expenditure spend for retail purchases in the UAE - Two(2) Rotana Rewards Points for every 1 AED spend at Rotana properties in the UAE - Three(3) Rotana Rewards Points for every 1 AED Qualifying Expenditure spend in retail purchase internationally.

  • Primary Cardholder means the person who applied for a Card, whose name is on the Account and who a Card is issued to. Purchase means any Transaction other than a Cash Advance.

  • Cardholder means an individual, company, firm or other body to whom a Card has been issued at any time and who is authorised to use that Card;

  • Category 4 Data is data that is confidential and requires special handling due to statutes or regulations that require especially strict protection of the data and from which especially serious consequences may arise in the event of any compromise of such data. Data classified as Category 4 includes but is not limited to data protected by: the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Pub. L. 104-191 as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act of 2009 (HITECH), 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164; the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. §1232g; 34 CFR Part 99; Internal Revenue Service Publication 1075 (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/pub/irs-pdf/p1075.pdf); Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration regulations on Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records, 42 CFR Part 2; and/or Criminal Justice Information Services, 28 CFR Part 20.

  • School climate means the quality and character of school life with a particular focus on the quality of the relationships within the school community between and among students and adults.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Supplementary Cardholder means the person who has been issued a Supplementary Card.
