COVID-19 Guidelines definition

COVID-19 Guidelines means the published guidelines, recommendations or suggested practices (including all revisions, amendments or supplements thereto) of any Governmental Instrumentality or relevant health or safety agency or body, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) or the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), that is applicable to the performance of the Work that (a) is issued for the purpose of protecting the general public or those performing the Work from the spread of COVID-19, or to otherwise fight against the spread of COVID-19 and (b) is implemented by Contractor or its applicable Subcontractors or Sub-subcontractors for the purpose of reasonably protecting those performing the Work from the spread of COVID-19, provided that with respect to any Work at the Land, Contractor will first consult with Owner before implementation .
COVID-19 Guidelines means the publication of a guideline, recommendation or suggested practice (or revisions, amendments or supplements thereto) by a Governmental Instrumentality, institutions recognized or funded by a Governmental Instrumentality, and/or the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or the equivalent of these organizations in other countries, applicable to the performance of the Work issued (a) to protect the general public or those performing the Work from the spread of COVID-19, or to otherwise fight against the spread of COVID-19 and (b) after December 2, 2021. For the avoidance of doubt, any COVID-19 Guidelines published after December 2, 2021 shall be treated as a COVID-19 Guideline under this Agreement.
COVID-19 Guidelines means the published guidelines, recommendations or suggested practices (including all revisions, amendments or supplements thereto) of any Governmental Instrumentality or relevant health or safety agency or body, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) or the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), that is applicable to the performance of the Work that (a) is issued for the purpose of protecting the general public or those performing the Work from the spread of COVID-19, or to otherwise fight against the spread of COVID-19 and (b) is implemented by Contractor or its applicable Subcontractors or Sub-subcontractors for the purpose of reasonably protecting those performing the Work from the spread of COVID-19, provided that with respect to any Work at the Site, Contractor will first consult with Owner before implementation. “COVID-19 Outbreak” means a threatened or an actual increase in the incidence of COVID-19 infection among Owner’s or Contractor’s (or its Subcontractors’ or Sub- subcontractors’) personnel assigned to perform the Work above the incident rate at the Site or in the region where the applicable Work is being performed that existed prior to such increase. “COVID-19 Provisional Sum” means the costs and expenses for the COVID-19 Countermeasures set forth in Attachment II that are implemented by Contractor (or its applicable Subcontractors or Sub-subcontractors) as a result of COVID-19 (including the occurrence of a COVID-19 Event) in accordance with this Agreement. The initial provisional sum amount is set forth in Section 1.0d of Attachment II.

  • The OCFEC reserves the right to modify these COVID-19 Guidelines as circumstances warrant.

  • If an OCFEC Business Partner fails to comply with these COVID-19 Guidelines, the OCFEC in its sole and absolute discretion may close non-compliant event spaces, exhibitor spaces or other such rental spaces, or may cancel the event without notice and refer the matter to local law enforcement.

  • If the RENTER is offering a program to the public, the RENTER shall submit a plan on how they are keeping attendees safe, and ensure it follows GOA COVID-19 Guidelines including but not limited to screening, physical distancing, hand hygiene & respiratory etiquette, disinfecting, and plans should participant develop symptoms.

  • The Board and the Associations agree that as an adjunct to Safe Schools Training, all employees shall be trained in and abide by the BCPS COVID-19 Guidelines for the Workplace which provides important information relevant to staff who are working in Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) schools, offices, and worksites during COVID-19.
