Covisint Platform Services definition

Covisint Platform Services means the Licensor Provided Hosting Services as follows: Covisint Portal, Covisint Cloud Identity Services and Covisint Cloud Data Exchange Service.
Covisint Platform Services means the Licensor Provided Hosting Services as follows: Covisint Portal, Covisint Cloud Identity Services, Covisint Cloud Data Exchange Service and Covisint AppCloud Services. "Covisint System Integration, Delivery and Operation Guides" means documents that describe how to integrate, deliver or operate a system.
Covisint Platform Services means a set of Covisint services as more specifically described in the Agreement.

  • Customer agrees that access to the Covisint Platform Services by Users is controlled by Customer, and as such, the Customer is responsible for the acts and omissions of the Users while using the Covisint Platform Services.

  • Thorough the Term Covisint will maintain a Business Continuity (“BC Plan”) and Disaster Recovery Plan (“DR Plan”, collectively the “Plans”) for the Service’s and implement such Plans in the event of any unplanned interruption of Covisint Platform Services.

  • The parties acknowledge that Covisint Platform Services may be used to facilitate transactions for the purchase of goods and services that may be subject to export compliance, and, under these circumstances, Covisint is not responsible for the export compliance of Customer’s transactions.

  • Customer bears the entire risk of satisfactory quality, performance and accuracy of Customer developed applications or solutions that utilize Covisint Platform Services.

  • Each Subscription Order Form shall include at a minimum; (a) a listing of the Covisint Platform Services being ordered, (b) the Fees for such Covisint Platform Services, and (c) the duration of the order.

  • Customer agrees to participate in a case study associated with the Covisint Platform Services.

  • Covisint may also terminate the Covisint Platform Services under the Agreement on thirty (30) days prior written notice to Customer in the event that any applicable law prohibits the performance of such Covisint Platform Services or makes the performance of such Covisint Platform Services by Covisint or its Suppliers commercially unreasonable.

Related to Covisint Platform Services

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Content Platform means all or any portion of a website containing written, video or photographic commentary, news or discussion on one or more particular topics (such as a blog) and that includes any Influencer Content.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.
