CP Acquisition Transaction definition
CP Acquisition Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.3(c).
CP Acquisition Transaction means the Loan Certificate and Servicing Agreement, dated as of February 28, 2003, by and among CapitalSource Acquisition Funding LLC, the Originator, the Servicer, Variable Funding Capital Corporation and W▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, National Association, as amended, modified, restated, waived or supplemented from time to time, and all documents executed in connection therewith and all transactions contemplated thereby.
