CP Product(s) definition
CP Product(s) means all of ADAMA’s crop protection products, including products in development, in which the sole Active Ingredient used in the formulation or sale of the product is one of the CP Active Ingredients, including but not limited to, the CP Products listed on Appendix A to this Order to Maintain Assets.
CP Product(s) means formulated materials sold, without limitation, for crop protection purposes.
