CPC Review Staff definition

CPC Review Staff means the corporate analysts employed on a full-time, part-time or secondment basis by CDNX to review, among other things, CPC Prospectuses.
CPC Review Staff means those individuals employed by the TSX Venture on a full-time, part- time or secondment basis that review CPC Prospectuses.

  • Program Staff means a person employed by the local program who is knowledgeable in a particular subject matter. For the purposes of the complaint process, program staff may not be involved in a specific complaint prior to the receipt of the complaint or the request for a review of the complaint.

  • Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.

  • Clinical staff means persons who work in a hospital whose duties include the personal care or medical treatment of patients. “Clinical staff” includes, but is not limited to, credentialed physicians, physicians’ assistants, nurses, nursing aides, medical technicians, therapists, and other individuals involved in the personal care or medical treatment of patients.
