CPI Common Stock definition

CPI Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of CPI;
CPI Common Stock means shares in the common stock of the Purchaser.
CPI Common Stock means the Common Stock, $.01 par value, of CPI.

  • All shares of CPI Common Stock repurchased pursuant to the Share Purchase Program, including repurchases hereunder, shall be cancelled by CPI immediately after such repurchase.
