CRA Business definition

CRA Business shall have the meaning as set forth in the recitals.

CRA Business means the business of providing worker's compensation field case management and specialized cost containment services, short-term and long-term disability services (as such terms are customarily understood in the insurance industry) and related services and products in the worker's compensation field, and bodily injury managed care services in the automobile insurance industry.
