Creative Activity definition

Creative Activity means works of creative expression in the arts, business, the humanities and other disciplines not produced in accordance with the principles of scientific inquiry and which is subject to the accepted cannons or codes of conduct for the discipline in question.

  • Research and Creative Activity Efforts shall be made to evaluate the quality and originality of both published and unpublished scholarly work.

Related to Creative Activity

  • Competitive Activity means any business or activity of Executive or any third party that is the same as the Business or competitive with the Business.

  • Prohibited Activity means any service or activity on behalf of a Competing Business that involves the planning, management, supervision, or providing of services that are substantially similar to those services Employee provided to the Company within the last 12 months of Employee’s employment with the Company.
