The Grantee understands that he/she is not required to assign to the Company any Invention or Creative Work for which no equipment, supplies, facilities, Confidential Information or time of the Company was used, unless such Invention or Creative Work relates directly to the Company’s business or actual or demonstrably anticipated research and development, or results from any work performed by the Grantee for the Company.
