Creative Work definition

Creative Work means any work that Executive creates within the scope of Executive’s employment by the Company.
Creative Work means performance, musical composition, exhibition, writing (poetry, fiction, script or other written literary forms), design, film, video, multimedia or other new media technologies and modes of presentation.

More Definitions of Creative Work

Creative Work means a cinematographic or audiovisual production based on structured creative elements, including, for the purpose of complying with the percentage limits set out in Section V of chapter IV of this law, fiction and animation feature films and short films, documentaries, telefilms and television series and also, for the same purposes, television reports, educational, musical, artistic and cultural programmes, provided that they are eligible for copyright protection;
Creative Work means any sketches, copy, dummies and all preparatory work developed and furnished by the Company. "Customer" means the person, firm or Company to whom the Work is supplied.
Creative Work as used herein means any original work of authorship fixed in any tangible medium of expression, including literature, music, drama, pantomimes, choreography, pictorial, graphic and sculptural works, motion pictures and audiovisual works, and sound recordings. “Creative work,” as used herein, does not include ideas, procedures, processes, systems, methods of operation, concepts, principles, or discoveries, regardless of the form in which they are described, explained, or illustrated. “Creative works” are also referred to as “work” herein.
Creative Work means any work that EDCO creates or has created in connection with the Services provided to City pursuant to this Agreement, and specifically excludes all of EDCO’s existing inventions, trade secrets, trademarks, technology, copyrights, and other intellectual property or proprietary information not created for the City pursuant to this Agreement.
Creative Work means any work that Exit 21 creates or has created in connection with the services. “Creative Work” specifically does not include any pre-existing proprietary designs or services of Exit 21 that may be incorporated into the services provided hereunder.
Creative Work means any work in which copyright or unregistered design right may subsist in any media (including but not limited to electronic materials);
