The Borrower and its Subsidiaries shall not use, and the respective directors, officers, employees and agents of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries shall not use, the proceeds of any Loan or Letter of Credit (A) in furtherance of an offer, payment, promise to pay, or authorization of the payment or giving of money, or anything else of value, to any Person in violation of any Anti-Corruption Laws or (B) in any manner that would result in the violation of any Sanctions applicable to any party hereto.
Pay and Credit A Reserve picking up a sequence through the ETB on a Golden Day, Flex Day or a day of Reserve Availability once released into such day pursuant to Paragraph G.4.b, or on a vacation day will receive pay no credit for such time above her/his minimum guarantee.
