Credit (A) definition

Credit (A) means the credit in the amount referenced in Section 2.01(a) of this Agreement and the Credit for purposes of paragraph 24 of the General Conditions.
Credit (A) means the credit in the amount referenced in Section 2.01(a) of this Agreement and the Credit for purposes of paragraph 24 of Appendix to the General Conditions.
Credit (A) means the portion of the Credit under the Association’s hard-term lending window referred to in Section 2.01 (a) of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Credit (A)

Credit (A) has the meaning given to it in Article 2.1(a) (Amount of Credit).
Credit (A) means the credit of Cdn. $12,000,000 or the U.S. Dollar equivalent thereof in favour of the Borrower which is established by this Agreement.
