Revolving Credit Agreement definition

Revolving Credit Agreement means that certain Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of August 30, 2004 between the Company, certain of its Subsidiaries and the banks and financial institutions listed therein, as such agreement may be replaced, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Revolving Credit Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in the Recitals to this Agreement.

  • All obligations under the Revolving Credit Agreement (as such obligations may be modified by this Amendment on the Amendment Date) shall continue to be valid, enforceable, and in full force and effect and shall not be impaired, in any respect, by the effectiveness of this Amendment.
