Credit Authorization definition

Examples of Credit Authorization in a sentence

  • Except to the extent otherwise requested in writing by Borrower Representative, including pursuant to any disbursement letter or other Loan Request, any amounts to be funded by any Agent (including on behalf of any Lender) to a Borrower may be credited in accordance with the Credit Authorization.

  • Environmental Authorization Any license, permit, order, approval, consent, notice, registration, filing or other form of permission or authorization required under any Environmental Law.
