Credit C definition

Credit C means loans in the Credit Currency to be provided by the Lenders to the Company, through the Facility Agent, for the purpose of partially financing the purchase of the Purchased Shares, in an aggregate amount that is not to exceed seven hundred million (700,000,000) New Israeli Shekels (subject to the last section of the definition of "Credit or Loans" below).
Credit C means the uncommitted treasury risk management facility made available to the Borrowers by a Hedge Provider pursuant to Section 4.1.
Credit C means the credit in the amount referenced in Section 2.01(c) of this Agreement and the Credit for purposes of paragraph 24 of the General Conditions.

Examples of Credit C in a sentence

  • Each such notice by the Borrower of Issuance of a Letter of Credit (a “Notice of Issuance”) shall be by telephone, confirmed immediately in writing, electronic delivery or telecopier specifying therein the requested (A) date of such Issuance (which shall be a Business Day), (B) Available Amount of such Letter of Credit, (C) expiration date of such Letter of Credit, (D) name and address of the beneficiary of such Letter of Credit and (E) form of such Letter of Credit.

  • Each such Issuance Notice by the Borrower shall be by facsimile or telephone, confirmed immediately in writing, specifying therein the requested (A) date of such Issuance (which shall be a Business Day), (B) Available Amount of such Letter of Credit, (C) expiration date of such Letter of Credit, (D) name and address of the beneficiary of such Letter of Credit and (E) form of such Letter of Credit.

  • Such notice shall be irrevocable unless and until such request is denied by the applicable Issuing Bank pursuant to the terms hereof and shall specify (A) the stated amount of the Letter of Credit requested, (B) the effective date (which shall be a Business Day) of Issuance of such Letter of Credit, (C) the date on which such Letter of Credit is to expire, (D) the Person for whose benefit such Letter of Credit is to be Issued, and (E) other relevant terms of such Letter of Credit.

  • Total Revolving Extensions of Credit at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Extensions of Credit of the Revolving Lenders outstanding at such time.

  • Revolving Extensions of Credit as to any Revolving Lender at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans held by such Lender then outstanding, (b) such Lender’s Revolving Percentage of the L/C Obligations then outstanding and (c) such Lender’s Revolving Percentage of the aggregate principal amount of Swingline Loans then outstanding.

  • Revolving Credit means the credit facility for making Revolving Loans and issuing Letters of Credit described in Sections 1.1 and 1.2 hereof.

  • Letter of Credit Commitment Amount means, on any date, a maximum amount of $10,000,000, as such amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • Revolving Credit Commitment means, as to each Revolving Credit Lender, its obligation to (a) make Revolving Credit Loans to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(b), (b) purchase participations in L/C Obligations, and (c) purchase participations in Swing Line Loans, in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 2.01 under the caption “Revolving Credit Commitment” or opposite such caption in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender becomes a party hereto, as applicable, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Revolving Credit Commitments means the aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments of all of the Lenders.
