Credit Extensions definition

Credit Extensions mean each of the following: (a) a Borrowing and (b) an L/C Credit Extension.
Credit Extensions means the Loans and the Letters of Credit.
Credit Extensions means (a) an Advance made by any Lender, and (b) the issuance, increase or extension of any Letter of Credit by the Issuing Lender.

  • The accounts or records maintained by the Administrative Agent and each Lender shall be conclusive absent manifest error of the amount of the Credit Extensions made by the Lenders to the Borrowers and the interest and payments thereon.


More Definitions of Credit Extensions

Credit Extensions as of any day, shall be equal to the sum of (a) the principal balance of all Loans then outstanding, and (b) the then amount of the Letter of Credit Outstandings.
Credit Extensions means as of any day, the sum of (a) the principal balance of all Revolving Loans then outstanding, and (b) the then amount of the Letter of Credit Outstandings.
Credit Extensions means each Credit Extension as defined in the Credit Agreement.
