Revolving Extensions of Credit definition

Revolving Extensions of Credit as to any Revolving Lender at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans held by such Lender then outstanding, (b) such Lender’s Revolving Percentage of the L/C Obligations then outstanding and (c) such Lender’s Revolving Percentage of the aggregate principal amount of Swingline Loans then outstanding.
Revolving Extensions of Credit means, as to any Revolving Lender at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans held by such Lender then outstanding and (b) such Lender’s Revolving Commitment Percentage of the LC Exposure then outstanding.

Examples of Revolving Extensions of Credit in a sentence

  • With respect to any requests for any Revolving Extensions of Credit, after giving effect to such Revolving Extension of Credit, the availability and borrowing limitations specified in Section 2.4 shall be complied with.

  • If, after giving effect to the prepayment of all outstanding Revolving Loans, the Total Revolving Extensions of Credit exceed the Total Revolving Commitment then in effect, the Borrower shall Cash Collateralize outstanding Letters of Credit to the extent of such excess.

  • With respect to any requests for any Revolving Extensions of Credit, after giving effect to such Revolving Extension of Credit, the availability and borrowing limitations specified in Section 2.1 shall be complied with.

  • If at any time or for any reason the aggregate amount of the Total Revolving Extensions of Credit exceeds the amount of the Total Revolving Commitments then in effect (any such excess, an “Overadvance”), the Borrower shall immediately pay the full amount of such Overadvance to the Administrative Agent, without notice or demand.
