Credit File definition

Credit File means all Credit Documents and all other credit, collateral, or insurance documents in the possession or custody of the Assuming Institution, or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, relating to an Asset or a Loan included in a Put Notice, or copies of any thereof.
Credit File. The items pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan referred to in Exhibit B annexed hereto, and any additional documents required to be added to the credit File pursuant to this Agreement.
Credit File has the meaning set forth in the Purchase and Assumption Agreement.

Credit File. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, a file pertaining to such Mortgage Loan and containing copies of the mortgage loan documents described on Exhibit C attached hereto, the credit documentation relating to the origination of such Mortgage Loan and copies of the Collateral Documents. Each Credit File shall be maintained by the Servicer (either on paper or on microfilm or any other comparable medium), and shall be delivered to the Owner as soon as practicable upon request.
Credit File. Any documents, other than documents required to be part of the related Mortgage File, in the possession of the Servicer and relating to the origination and servicing of any Mortgage Loan.
