Asset File definition

Asset File shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Custodial Agreement.
Asset File means the materials with respect to the Asset previously delivered to the Buyer or its representatives by or on behalf of the Seller or made available to the Buyer at the Property or in Manager’s possession.
Asset File. With respect to any Asset, the related Contract File or Trustee Mortgage Loan File, as applicable.

  • No Mortgagor in respect of the Underlying Mortgage Loan has been released, in whole or in part, except in connection with an assumption agreement approved by the title insurer, to the extent required by such policy, and which assumption agreement is part of the Asset File delivered to the Custodian and the terms of which are reflected in the Asset Schedule.

  • Seller has reviewed all of the documents constituting the Asset File and has made such inquiries as it deems necessary to make and confirm the accuracy of the representations set forth herein.

Asset File means the documents specified on Exhibit A to the Custodial Agreement, together with any additional documents and information required to be delivered to Buyer or its designee (including the Custodian) pursuant to this Agreement.
