Credit Improved Loan definition

Credit Improved Loan means any Collateral Loan that, in the Services Provider’s reasonable business judgment applying the Servicing Standard has significantly improved in credit quality from the condition of its credit at the time of acquisition, which judgment may (but need not) be based on one or more of the following facts and will not be called into question as a result of subsequent events:
Credit Improved Loan means any Collateral Loan that, in the Services Provider’s reasonable business judgment applying the Servicing Standard has significantly improved in credit quality from the condition of its credit at the time of origination, acquisition or contribution, which judgment may (but need not) be based on one or more of the following facts and will not be called into question as a result of subsequent events:
Credit Improved Loan. Any Loan that, in the Collateral Manager’s reasonable judgment, has significantly improved in credit quality after it was acquired by the Borrower.
