Credit Insurance Premium Rate definition

Credit Insurance Premium Rate. The rate at which the Credit Insurance Premium accrues on each Mortgage Loan, as set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Credit Insurance Premium Rate. With respect to a Covered Loan and any Distribution Date, 1.0442% per annum.

  • Premium Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the Premium Letter.

  • Mortgage Rate Caps With respect to an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the Periodic Mortgage Rate Cap, the Maximum Mortgage Rate, and the Minimum Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan.

  • Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM means the official map on which the Federal Insurance Administration has delineated both the areas of special flood hazards and the risk premium zones applicable to the community.
