Credit Transfer Form definition

Credit Transfer Form means the Credit Transfer Form that is incorporated by reference into the LCFS Regulations in 17 CCR §95487(c)(1)(B), properly completed and executed by Seller in accordance with the LCFS Regulations.
Credit Transfer Form means, as applicable, a LCFS Credit Transfer Form and/or an OCFP Credit Transfer Form.
Credit Transfer Form means the Credit Transfer Form that is incorporated by reference into the Oregon Clean Fuels Program Regulations in OAR 340-253-1050(5) properly completed and executed by Seller in accordance with the Oregon Clean Fuels Program Regulations.

  • Each Party shall notify the other Party and the Executive Officer of any errors in the Credit Transfer Form within five (5) business days of the discovery of such an error.

  • A copy of the Long-Term Storage Credit Transfer Form is attached as Exhibit B to this Agreement.

  • To initiate each transfer, the Storing Party seeking to exchange LTSCs with AWBA pursuant to this LTSC Exchange Agreement will complete and execute a Long-Term Storage Credit Transfer Form indicating the volume of LTSCs that the Storing Party will be transferring to AWBA in accordance with Paragraph 6.1, and shall transmit such forms to AWBA for its review.

  • AWBA will then complete and execute a Long- Term Storage Credit Transfer Form indicating the corresponding volume of Phoenix or Tucson AMA LTSCs that AWBA will be transferring to that Storing Party in accordance with Paragraph 6.2, and shall transmit such forms to that Storing Party for its review and execution, whereafter that Storing Party will return the executed form to AWBA.

  • Delivery of the Long-Term Storage Credits to be transferred pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed complete when ADWR notifies AWBA in writing that it has received and accepted the Long-Term Storage Credit Transfer Form and intends to transfer Long-Term Storage Credits from Ak-Chin’s Long-Term Storage Account to AWBA's Account (“ADWR Acceptance”).

  • To evidence the transfer of Long-Term Storage Credits for a given year, Ak-Chin and AWBA shall complete, sign and deliver the Long-Term Storage Credit Transfer Form, attached as Exhibit B to this Agreement, to ADWR Ak-Chin shall execute and deliver the signed Long-Term Storage Credit Transfer Form with its acceptance and AWBA shall deliver the fully executed Long-Term Storage Credit Transfer Form to ADWR within seven (7) business days of its receipt from Ak- Chin.

  • A copy of the Long- Term Storage Credit Transfer Form is attached as Exhibit B to this Agreement.

  • Each Party shall notify the other Party and the Executive Officer of any erro rs in the Credit Transfer Form within five (5) business days of the discovery of such an error.

  • To evidence the transfer of Long-Term Storage Credits, Ak-Chin and AWBA shall complete, sign and deliver the Long-Term Storage Credit Transfer Form to ADWR upon full execution of this Agreement and any amendments.

  • To evidence the transfer of Long-Term Storage Credits, Freeport and AWBA shall complete, sign and deliver the Long-Term Storage Credit Transfer Form to ADWR upon notification by ADWR that the Long-Term Storage Credits identified in Article 2.1 have accrued to Freeport’s Long-Term Storage Account.

  • Type III transfer means that term as defined under Section 3(c) of the Executive Organization Act of 1965, 1965 PA 380, MCL 16.103.

Other examples of individuals who may be qualified instructors for the purpose of providing training to meet the regulations of this chapter include, but are not limited to, instructors in a post-high school training institution and manufacturers’ representatives.

  • Securitization Transfer The sale or transfer of some or all of the Mortgage Loans to a trust or other entity as part of a publicly-issued or privately-placed, rated or unrated mortgage pass-through or other mortgage-backed securities transaction.

  • Data Transfer means the copying or transmission of electronic information that does not alter the content, context, or structure of a record from 1 medium to another medium.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.
