Credited Amount definition

Credited Amount means the portion of the Participant's Elected Amount for which the Company has paid a Premium in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.2(a) as of the time the determination is made.
Credited Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
Credited Amount means the amount credited to the Recipient, after any foreign exchange conversion and excluding Local Taxes.

  • The amount of any accrued dividends, interest and other distributions with respect to assets associated with such Covered Transaction may be set off against the Credited Amount.

No person guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation (within the meaning of Section 11(f) of the Securities Act) shall be entitled to contribution from any Person who was not guilty of such fraudulent misrepresentation. The Holders’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are several in proportion to the respective principal amount of the Registrable Securities held by each Holder hereunder and not joint. The Company’s and Subsidiary Guarantors’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are joint and several. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.

  • Class B Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Class B Invested Amount less the positive difference, if any, between the Principal Funding Account Balance and the Class A Invested Amount on such date.
