Credited Amount definition

Credited Amount means the portion of the Participant's Elected Amount for which the Company has paid a Premium in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.2(a) as of the time the determination is made.

  • If a participant has in effect on a Credit Date an Election to Participate specifying the Deferred Cash Investment Account, on that Credit Date, the Credited Amount will be credited to a Deferred Cash Investment Account for the benefit of the participant.
