Credited Amount definition

Credited Amount means the portion of the Participant's Elected Amount for which the Company has paid a Premium in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.2(a) as of the time the determination is made.
Credited Amount means the amount credited to the Recipient, after any foreign exchange conversion and excluding Local Taxes.
Credited Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
