Credited Cash definition

Credited Cash means cash standing to the credit of (i) the Cash Collateral Accounts (except for the Debt Service Reserve Account) and (ii) the cash accounts of the Borrower’s Subsidiaries which are pledged to the Finance Parties and the Blue Mill Finance Parties, excluding, however, cash held on the Civil Works Claims Account, cash standing to the credit of the Blue Mill Investment Accounts, cash standing to the credit of the Investitionsbank Sachsen-Anhalt guarantee account and any other restricted cash balances in the future to be determined by the Agent, if applicable.

Examples of Credited Cash in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, or any other Transaction Agreement, in the event that the computation of Fortune Credited Cash does not reflect a reduction for such payment, Fortune (and not ACCO) shall be liable for such amount of Income Taxes.

  • It is intended that the Fortune Credited Cash shall reflect a reduction for such amount of U.S. federal, state and local consolidated, combined and unitary Income Taxes so paid.

  • If the Fortune Credited Cash exceeds the Distribution Date Intercompany Loan Balance, then ACCO will pay to Fortune the amount by which the Fortune Credited Cash exceeds the Distribution Date Intercompany Loan Balance.
