Creditor Letter definition

Creditor Letter means the letter (in English and French) sent to Affected Unsecured Creditors in substantially the form of Schedule “B” hereto;
Creditor Letter means the letter (in English and French) to Affected Unsecured Creditors (other than Employee Creditors) in substantially the form of Schedule “B” hereto;
Creditor Letter means the letter from Groupe Dynamite to the Affected Creditors substantially in the form attached as Schedule B hereto;

  • Subordination Agreement means any subordination or intercreditor agreement(s) entered into with respect to any subordinate financing related to the Project, as the same may be amended, supplemented or restated.

  • GE Capital Fee Letter means that certain letter, dated as of the Closing Date, between GE Capital and Borrower with respect to certain Fees to be paid from time to time by Borrower to GE Capital.
