Credits earned definition

Credits earned means credits for which an A+, A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-, D, or S has been awarded.

  • Credits earned must contribute toward the securing and/or renewal of the Standard Professional Certificate, toward the securing or renewal of an Advanced Professional Certificate or toward the securing of an advanced degree in education or graduate courses in education or field of teaching.

  • Credits earned more than ten years earlier will be evaluated on a course-by-course basis.

  • This includes annual reports available to the public related to specific Community Solar Gardens, including but not limited to production from the Community Solar Gardens; size, location and the type of Community Solar Garden subscriber groups; reporting on known complaints and the resolution of these complaints; lessons learned and any potential changes to the Solar*Rewards Community Program; reporting on Bill Credits earned and paid; and reporting on the application process.

  • For every five (5) Continuing Education Unit Credits earned, two hundred and fifty ($250.00) dollars will be paid to the staff member.

  • Credits earned at the institution may not transfer to all other institutions.

  • Credits earned must contribute toward the securing and/or renewal of the Standard Professional Certificate, toward the securing or renewal of an Advanced Professional Certificate, or toward the securing of an advanced degree in education or graduate courses in education or field of teaching.

  • As long as the Applicant is not in default of the Note, this Agreement, or any other document entered into pursuant to this Agreement, the Applicant shall be eligible for credit against the balance due under the Note for Job Credits earned during a Year.

  • Credits earned must contribute toward the securing a Bachelor’s Degree and/or obtaining of a Maryland teaching certificate.

  • Credits earned after September 30 may not be counted for salary purposes until the following year.

  • Credits earned through an accredited post baccalaureate program (e.g. University of Minnesota) will be eligible for credit only if the credits are above and beyond those credits earned for teacher licensure.

  • total earnings means all of the dentist's gross earnings from the practice of dentistry by him in person, and "NHS earnings" means the dentist's gross earnings from the provision by him in person of general dental services under the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978, as amended, including where the dentist's name is included in sub-part A of the first part, or Part A prior to 2 July 2010, of two or more dental lists in Scotland, but neither his total earnings nor his NHS earnings shall be taken to include any remuneration by way of salary;

  • Gross earnings means all monies earned by the Employee under the terms of this Collective Agreement.

  • Monthly Earnings means your gross monthly income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to your date of disability. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Eligible Earnings means the Grantee's base salary (prior to any deferrals under a cash or deferred compensation plan sponsored by the Corporation or an Affiliate) paid during the Plan Year. From time to time the Plan Administrator may, in its sole discretion, establish rules for determining the amounts of Eligible Earnings for employees who become Grantees other than on the first day of a Plan Year as well as any reduction of Eligible Earnings as a result of paid leave of absences.

  • Retained Earnings means the retained earnings of an FHLBank calculated pursuant to GAAP.
