CREFC® Financial File. The data file in the “CREFC® Financial File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

CREFC® Financial File. A monthly data file substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Financial File” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be recommended by the CREFC for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally; provided, however, that, to the extent that such other form contemplates such additional information, such other form must be reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicer.

Examples of CREFC® Financial File in a sentence

  • In addition, not later than the Closing Date, the Mortgage Loan Seller shall provide to the Master Servicer the initial data with respect to each Mortgage Loan that is necessary for the preparation of the initial CREFC® Financial File and CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File required to be delivered by the Master Servicer under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • In addition, not later than the Closing Date, the Mortgage Loan Seller shall provide to the General Master Servicer the initial data with respect to each Mortgage Loan that is necessary for the preparation of the initial CREFC® Financial File and CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File required to be delivered by the General Master Servicer under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Each CREFC® Financial File, CREFC® Property File and CREFC® Comparative Financial Statement Report delivered by any Master Servicer as described above shall be in electronic format.

  • In addition, each Mortgage Loan Seller is required, pursuant to the related Loan Purchase Agreement, to provide to the Master Servicer the initial data with respect to its Mortgage Loans for (i) the CREFC® Financial File and the CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File that are required to be prepared by the Master Servicer pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) the Supplemental Servicer Schedule.

  • Each CREFC® Financial File, CREFC® Property File and CREFC® Comparative Financial Statement Report delivered by the Master Servicer as described above shall be in electronic format.

  • In addition, each Mortgage Loan Seller is required, pursuant to the related Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement, to provide to the Master Servicer the initial data with respect to its Mortgage Loans for the CREFC® Financial File and the CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File that are required to be prepared by the Master Servicer pursuant to this Agreement.

  • In addition, not later than the Closing Date, the Mortgage Loan Seller shall provide to the Master Servicer the initial data with respect to each Mortgage Loan that is necessary for the preparation of the initial CREFC® Financial File and initial CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File required to be delivered by the Master Servicer under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • In addition, each Mortgage Loan Seller is required, pursuant to the related Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement, to provide to the Master Servicer the initial data with respect to its Mortgage Loans and, in the case of each of CREFI and GACC, its Trust Subordinate Companion Loan for the CREFC® Financial File and the CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File that are required to be prepared by the Master Servicer pursuant to this Agreement.

  • In addition, each Mortgage Loan Seller is required, pursuant to the related Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement, to provide to the Master Servicer the initial data with respect to its Mortgage Loans and, in the case of BMO, its Trust Subordinate Companion Loans for the CREFC® Financial File and the CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File that are required to be prepared by the Master Servicer pursuant to this Agreement.
