Examples of CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report in a sentence
The Master Servicer shall maintain a CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report and a CREFC® NOI Adjustment Worksheet with respect to each Mortgaged Property (other than a Non-Serviced Mortgaged Property) or REO Property (other than a Non-Serviced Mortgaged Property).
The Sub-Servicer shall electronically deliver to the Master Servicer in Microsoft Excel format promptly upon completion, and in any event, at least five (5) Business Days before Master Servicer must deliver or make available such reports, statements and files under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, each CREFC® NOI Adjustment Worksheet and CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report.
With respect to Specially Serviced Mortgage Loans, such CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report will include the following statement: “This Mortgage Loan was transferred to the Special Servicer on [DATE].
Additionally, the Servicer shall deliver the CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report and CREFC® NOI Adjustment Worksheet on a monthly basis to the Certificate Administrator; provided, however, the Servicer shall have no obligation to update such reports except as set forth in the immediately preceding paragraphs, and no analysis or update shall be required to the extent such analysis or update is not required to be provided under the then-current applicable CREFC® guidelines.
The applicable Master Servicer shall prepare and maintain a CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report and a CREFC® NOI Adjustment Worksheet with respect to each Mortgaged Property that secures a Serviced Mortgage Loan and the applicable Special Servicer shall prepare and maintain a CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report and a CREFC® NOI Adjustment Worksheet with respect to each Administered REO Property, in each case in accordance with the provisions described below.

The Master Servicer (with respect to non-Specially Serviced Loans and Specially Serviced Loans) or Special Servicer (with respect to each REO Property), as applicable, shall deliver to the Certificate Administrator, the Operating Advisor and related Companion Loan Holders by electronic means the CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report upon request.
The Servicer and the Special Servicer shall each remit electronically an image of each CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report and/or each CREFC® NOI Adjustment Worksheet prepared or updated by it (promptly following initial preparation and each update thereof), together with, upon request, the underlying operating statements and rent rolls to the Note Administrator and, in the case of such a report prepared or updated by the Servicer, the Special Servicer.
On or before 2:00 p.m. on the Remittance Date, the Servicer shall forward such CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File and such other reports prepared by the Special Servicer, together with the reports and files in the CREFC® Investor Reporting Packet (other than the CREFC® Comparative Financial Status Report, CREFC® NOI Adjustment Worksheet and CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report) customarily prepared by the Servicer, to the Note Administrator and any related Companion Participation Holder.
The Special Servicer shall remit a copy of each CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report prepared or updated by it (within [___] days following the initial preparation and each update thereof), together with, if so requested, the underlying operating statements and rent rolls, to the Master Servicer in a format reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicer and the Trustee.
