  • Except as permitted by Section 2.2, each Crestwood Holdings Entity shall be prohibited from engaging in, whether by acquisition, construction or otherwise, any of the following businesses (the “Restricted Businesses”): the gathering, treating, processing, fractionating, transportation or storage of natural gas in the Crestwood Counties, or the transportation or storage of natural gas liquids in the Crestwood Counties.
