Crew Resource Management definition

Crew Resource Management means a program designed to improve the safety of flight operations by optimising the safe, efficient, and effective use of human resources, hardware, and information through improved crew communication and co-ordination;
Crew Resource Management means the effective utilisation of all available resources – hardware, software and human resources– to achieve safe, efficient flight operations.
Crew Resource Management means a procedure and training system which is used primarily for improving air safety.
