If you wish to obtain a refund pursuant to paragraph 10 of this BBL Refund Policy, regardless of how you purchased your Ticket(s), you must telephone the Ticket Agency (if there is a number below) or send your name, address and Ticket(s) to the Ticket Agency at one of the addresses below before the end of the claim period, being the date fourteen (14) days after the end of the relevant Match or such other shorter period as the Ticket Agency or Cricket Australia may advise.
In the event of such alteration, Cricket Australia (including any Ticket Agency) will not be liable to you or any other person for any costs, expenses or other losses resulting from such alteration, except to the extent set out in paragraphs 6 to 10 of this BBL Refund Policy.

To the full extent permitted by law, you indemnify and will keep indemnified Cricket Australia, State Associations including Cricket Victoria, Melbourne Stars and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and corporate partners from and against all costs, losses, damages or expenses arising out of or connected in any way from your registration as a Member of Melbourne Stars.
I agree that this document (Conditions of Ticket Purchase, Entry to a Venue and Attendance at a Match) with the ticket for a match is an enforceable contract between me and Cricket Australia.
Attendees must also abide by the ICC and Cricket Australia’s Policy Statement on Inappropriate Conduct, found at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and any other terms and conditions of entry and attendance of the ICC and Cricket Australia.
It is agreed by the parties to this agreement that a Cricket Victoria, W/BBL Club and/or Cricket Australia contract will take precedence over this agreement and that the relevant rules, regulations and policies of Cricket Victoria and Cricket Australia as applicable will be complied with.
Membership of the Melbourne Stars is open to individuals and families, including employees of the Melbourne Stars, Cricket Victoria and Cricket Australia Melbourne Stars reserves the right to refuse any membership application.
Cricket Australia reserves the right to transfer scheduled home matches from the venue scheduled by Cricket Australia to any other venue.
