Criminal Forfeiture Sample Clauses

Criminal Forfeiture. Any Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries or any Guarantor shall be criminally indicted or convicted under any law that could lead to a forfeiture of any Property of such Borrower, such Subsidiary or such Guarantor.
