Crisis Care definition

Crisis Care means a dwelling or institution for the temporary care of not less than three (3) and not more than six (6) residents (excluding staff) in a crisis situation requiring immediate shelter or assistance for a short period of time.
Crisis Care means a level of the emergency care credential accessible for court-ordered placement outside of DCYF’s normal operating hours for a period not to exceed 5 calendar days.
