Critical Design Review definition

Critical Design Review or “CDR” means the event in which is performed a critical design review assessment to confirm that the maturity of the design is appropriate to proceed with Product manufacturing, assembly, integration, and test as further detailed in the Exhibit I;
Critical Design Review has the meaning set forth in Exhibit 1.
Critical Design Review means the formal review to validate the final design of the JFST System. Details of the Critical Design Review are in the Statement of Requirement, at Annex A to the Contract and all accompanying appendices.

Critical Design Review or “CDR”, if required by this Agreement, means a written and in person presentation prepared and conducted by Mototech and accepted in writing by Developer, reviewing the Product and the Development Technology after the successful delivery of the Beta Release and a copy of the Development Documentation complete and current as of the delivery of the Beta Release, including without limitation the test results of any elements of the Test Plan for the Beta Release, a listing of any comments and issues which need to be addressed and the plan for addressing the same.

Critical Design Review means a detailed design review of the Company's OptiMark(TM) software that focuses upon the determination of the acceptability of the design, performance, and test characteristics of the design solution, and on the adequacy of the operation and support documents. The purpose of this review will be to (a) determine that the detail design of the system under review satisfies the performance and engineering specialty requirements of the development specification, (b) establish the detail design compatibility between the system and other items of equipment, facilities, computer software and personnel that the system will interface to or interact with, (c) assess risk areas (on a technical, cost, and schedule basis), and (d) review the hardware specifications.
Critical Design Review or "CDR" means a review process undertaken by TNC and Carnival to ascertain whether TNC's design of the System meets Carnival's requirements, to resolve questions and to give direction as required. CDR shall take place at a date set forth in the Milestone Schedule attached hereto and incorporated herein as Schedule "D" (the "Milestone Schedule").
