Critical Staffing Needs definition
Critical Staffing Needs means the needs to maintain adequate staffing to provide necessary care to Clients in a safe environment for both Clients and Staff.
Critical Staffing Needs means an agency’s requirements to maintain the minimum number of Staff (employees and contractors) to provide services in accordance with a plan of care, care plan or individualized service plan while ensuring Client health and safety.
Critical Staffing Needs means the needed minimum number of Staff to provide services in accordance with a CDS Recipient’s plan of care or individual service plan while ensuring client health and safety.
