Examples of Critical To Board Package in a sentence

  • The Servicer shall, within ten (10) Business Days after the Servicer’s receipt of the Critical To Board Package for each Loan, send written notice to the related Borrower or, if applicable, the related Senior Interest Servicer that the Servicer has been engaged to service such Loan(s).

  • The Buyer, by execution and delivery of this Agreement (and delivery by the Seller, for the benefit of the Buyer, of the Critical To Board Package), does hereby contract with the Servicer for the performance of, and subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Servicer agrees to the servicing of the Loans pursuant to this Agreement, such servicing duties to commence on the Transfer Date.

Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Critical Component means, in respect of a weapons system referred to in the definition of Prohibited Defense Contract, a component used specifically in the production of the weapon system or plays a direct role in the lethality of the weapon system.
