Critical Upgrade is an Upgrade that in ServiceNow’s reasonable judgment is critical to maintaining the availability, security or performance of the Subscription Service; comply with applicable laws or to avoid infringement or misappropriation of a third-party Intellectual Property Right.
Critical Upgrade is an Upgrade that in Kensu’s reasonable judgment is critical to maintaining the availability, security or performance of the Subscription Service; comply with applicable laws or to avoid infringement or misappropriation of a third-party Intellectual Property Right.
