Criticized Loan definition

Criticized Loan means a Loan that was classified by a Seller Entity as “Special Mention,” “Substandard,” “Doubtful,” “Loss,” or words of similar import.
Criticized Loan means any loan payable to CFC that has a borrower risk rating that has been categorized as “Special Mention,” “Substandard,” “Doubtful,” or “Loss” in CFC’s most recent consolidated financial statements.

Examples of Criticized Loan in a sentence

  • Additionally, the Company shall promptly notify Parent in the event that (i) any Loan not otherwise listed on Schedule 4.02(t)(v) of the Company Disclosure Schedule and which has an aggregate principal balance in excess of $1,000,000 becomes a Criticized Loan or (ii) it charges off any amounts outstanding in respect of any Loan in an aggregate amount of $500,000 or greater.

  • Additionally, the Company shall promptly notify Parent in the event that (i) any Loan not otherwise listed on Schedule 4.01(t)(v) of the Company Disclosure Schedule and which has an aggregate principal balance in excess of $250,000 becomes a Criticized Loan or (ii) it charges off any amounts outstanding in respect of any Loan in an aggregate amount of $250,000 or greater.

  • Subordinated Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(a) of the Agreement.

  • Custodial Account The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04.

  • Loans means the loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.
