Cross Functional Services. Means those Services as required in Exhibit 2.1 (Cross Functional Services). Customer Means Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Customer Data Laws Means the laws and regulations applicable at any time and from time to time during the Term to the proper handling of Customer Data, including data privacy, handling of personal data, transborder data flow and data protection. Customer Equipment Has the meaning given in Article 4.4. Customer Indemnitees Means Customer and its directors, officers, employees, and agents, and any Affiliates of Customer and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, and the heirs, executors, successors, and permitted assigns of any of those Persons. Customer Leased Equipment Means the equipment, if any, identified in Exhibit 10, together with replacements thereof and supplements thereto, leased by Customer and used by Provider in connection with the delivery of the Services. Related to Cross Functional Services

  • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.
