Cross Functional Services definition

Cross Functional Services has the meaning given to it in Schedule 2, Exhibit A, Attachment A-1;
Cross Functional Services. Has the meaning set forth in Section 2 of Schedule A to the Terms and Conditions Schedule A
Cross Functional Services means the services described in Section 2 of Schedule 4.3 – Operational Services. Cross Functional Services shall apply to all the Services Frameworks.

More Definitions of Cross Functional Services

Cross Functional Services means those Services described in the applicable Supplement and statement of work as “Cross Functional” Services.
Cross Functional Services. Means those Services as required in Exhibit 2.1 (Cross Functional Services). Customer Means Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Customer Competitor Means a Person engaged in the vehicle rental business including, the Persons operating under the following vehicle rental brands: Ace, Advantage, Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, E-Z Rent-a-Car, Fox, Hertz, National, Rent4Less, US and U-Save. Customer Data Means the following data, whether provided or produced before, on, or after the Effective Date, and whether owned by Customer or by others, including data owned by Customer's clientele: (1) all data that is provided by or on behalf of Customer or any Customer Affiliate to Provider in order for Provider to provide the Services, including keyed input and electronic capture of information by Provider; (2) all data that is provided by or on behalf of Provider to Customer or any Customer Affiliate by means of the Services; (3) all data that is produced by means of Services as an intermediate step in using or producing any of the other Customer Data, including databases and files containing other Customer Data; and (4) all other data related to the performance of the Services, including resource volumes, asset lists, configurations, service levels, scripts, job schedules, the SOW and the Policies and Procedures Manual. Customer Data does not include Provider operational data that may be used in connection with, but is not necessary to, Provider's performance of the Services, such as standard form Service Desk scripts and general knowledge data bases. Customer Data Laws Means the laws and regulations applicable at any time and from time to time during the Term to the proper handling of Customer Data, including data privacy, handling of personal data, transborder data flow and data protection. Customer Equipment Has the meaning given in Article 4.4. Customer Indemnitees Means Customer and its directors, officers, employees, and agents, and any Affiliates of Customer and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, and the heirs, executors, successors, and permitted assigns of any of those Persons. Customer Leased Equipment Means the equipment, if any, identified in Exhibit 10, together with replacements thereof and supplements thereto, leased by Customer and used by Provider in connection with the delivery of the Services.
