Crossed Loan Group definition

Crossed Loan Group. Any of Loan Group 2 or Loan Group 4.
Crossed Loan Group. As defined in Section 2.03(a).
Crossed Loan Group means a group of two or more Reference Obligations that are cross-collateralized and cross- defaulted with each other.

  • Each Crossed Loan Group is identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

More Definitions of Crossed Loan Group

Crossed Loan Group means (i) a group of two or more Reference Obligations that are cross-collateralized or cross- defaulted with each other or (ii) a group of one or more Reference Obligations and one or more Outside Crossed Loans that are cross-collateralized or cross-defaulted with each other.
