Crossed Mortgage Loan definition

Crossed Mortgage Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).
Crossed Mortgage Loan means any Mortgage Loan which is cross-defaulted and cross-collateralized with any other Mortgage Loan.
Crossed Mortgage Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) hereof.

Examples of Crossed Mortgage Loan in a sentence

  • If any Mortgage Loan that is part of a Crossed Mortgage Loan Group is required to be repurchased or substituted, the provisions of Section 2.03(h), Section 2.03(i) and Section 2.03(j) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement shall apply.

  • No Mortgage Loan that is secured by more than one Mortgaged Property or that is a Crossed Mortgage Loan permits the release of cross-collateralization of the related Mortgaged Properties or a portion thereof, including due to a partial condemnation, other than in compliance with the loan-to-value ratio and other requirements of the REMIC Provisions.

  • No Mortgage Loan that is secured by more than one Mortgaged Property or that is a Crossed Mortgage Loan permits the release of cross-collateralization of the related Mortgaged Properties or a portion thereof, including due to a partial condemnation, other than in compliance with loan-to-value ratio and other requirements of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Except with respect to any Crossed Mortgage Loan, no Mortgage Loan has a Borrower that is an Affiliate of another Borrower under another Mortgage Loan.

  • No Mortgage Loan is cross-collateralized or cross-defaulted with any mortgage loan that is outside the Trust, except (i) with respect to any Mortgage Loan that is part of a Whole Loan, any other mortgage loan that is part of such Whole Loan and (ii) with respect to any Crossed Mortgage Loan, any mortgage loan that is part of a Whole Loan that is cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted with such Mortgage Loan or with a Whole Loan of which such Mortgage Loan is a part.

  • In the event that the remaining Crossed Underlying Loans in such Crossed Mortgage Loan Group satisfy the aforementioned criteria, the applicable Mortgage Loan Seller may elect either to repurchase or substitute for only the affected Crossed Underlying Loan(s) as to which the related Breach or Defect exists or to repurchase or substitute for all of the Crossed Underlying Loans in the related Crossed Mortgage Loan Group.


More Definitions of Crossed Mortgage Loan

Crossed Mortgage Loan means any Mortgage Loan which is cross-defaulted and cross-collateralized with any other Mortgage Loan. "CUT-OFF DATE" means, individually and collectively, the applicable Due Dates for the respective Mortgage Loans occurring in October 2002.

  • Refinanced Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were not used to purchase the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan included in the Trust but serviced under another agreement. There are no Non-Serviced Mortgage Loans in the Trust.

  • Purchased Mortgage Loans means the collective reference to Mortgage Loans together with the Repurchase Assets related to such Mortgage Loans transferred by Seller to Buyer in a Transaction hereunder, listed on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to the related Transaction Request, which such Mortgage Loans the Custodian has been instructed to hold pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

  • Streamlined Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan originated in connection with the refinance of a mortgage loan pursuant to the related Seller’s streamlined documentation program then in effect.

  • Corrected Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that had been a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan but has ceased to be such in accordance with the definition of "Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan" (other than by reason of a Liquidation Event occurring in respect of such Mortgage Loan or a related Mortgaged Property becoming an REO Property).

  • Deleted Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan replaced or to be replaced by a Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loan.

  • Modified Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that has been the subject of a Servicing Modification.

  • Special Serviced Mortgage Loan The Mortgage Loans for which the Special Servicer acts as servicer pursuant to Section 3.19.

  • Liquidated Mortgage Loan With respect to any Distribution Date, a defaulted Mortgage Loan (including any REO Property) which was liquidated in the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date and as to which the Master Servicer has determined (in accordance with this Agreement) that it has received all amounts it expects to receive in connection with the liquidation of such Mortgage Loan, including the final disposition of an REO Property.
