Crossrail Fleet means the 44 Class 315 Units leased from Eversholt and used for the provision of railway passenger services between Liverpool Street and Shenfield;

Retail Marijuana means all parts of the plant of the genus cannabis whether growing or not, the seeds thereof, the resin extracted from any part of the plant, and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds, or its resin, including but not limited to Retail Marijuana Concentrate, that is cultivated, manufactured, distributed, or sold by a licensed Retail Marijuana Business. “Retail Marijuana” does not include industrial hemp, nor does it include fiber produced from stalks, oil, or cake made from the seeds of the plant, sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination, or the weight of any other Ingredient combined with marijuana to prepare topical or oral administrations, food, drink, or other product. If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.
Heavy equipment means such construction machinery as backhoes, treaded tractors, dump trucks, and front-end loaders.

Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies. Firefighter means any regular, paid or volunteer, member of a lawfully constituted fire department of a municipal corporation, township, fire district, or village.

Forklift means nonroad equipment used to lift and move materials short distances; generally includes tines to lift objects. Eligible types of forklifts include reach stackers, side loaders, and top loaders.
Off-highway vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.
Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual
Fire alarm system means a system designed to detect and annunciate the presence of fire, or by-products of fire. Fire alarm system includes smoke detectors.

Fleet means one or more commercial vehicles.
