Crown Corporation definition

Crown Corporation. ’ means a corporation which is a ‘‘government corporation’’ under the Financial Administration Act (British Columbia).
Crown Corporation is an enterprise owned by the federal government of Canada (the “Queen in Right of Canada”), one of Canada’s provincial governments (the “Queen in right of province”) or one of the territorial governments.
